*New videos at the bottom!!

Our friend Christian's dad took these shots of baby Steve at the petting zoo

I was trying to take some candid shots of Peabug, but everytime I pointed the camera in his direction, he turned toward me and grinned - surprise:)

I think they have the same sweet, very proud smile - so pleased to be together

Look out "Iron Chefs"...

Kate was getting dressed in her fort and, I suppose, thought her shirt looked like a helmet; she yelled out to me, "I'm FOOTBALL!"

Peabug tickles the ivories while the Learnin' Puppy looks on

Kate's "pickle face"

Showing Snoopy around the petting zoo

There will be NO hats, on anyone, Kate says. One day Peabug will stand up for his right to wear his Irish gear

True love

Kate walks to the Billa (our grocery store) "by self!" - no stroller! She's repeating "milk, eggs, coke, beer" over and over...

Grover needs attention too:)

Kate demonstrates using her manners - the sign says "please!", if you couldn't tell:)

Mutt and Jeff

And football season has officially begun in the Orloski household!

Hmm, this looks very familiar...I think Kate was doing the same thing last year at this time...

She looks pretty fussy in this "sleeping jacket", doesn't she?! It was mine when I was a kid (a gift from my Nonny). I took it out for dress-up, and she hasn't taken it off all day! She says she looks like Snoopy's original owner in the movie "Snoopy Come Home", a girl by the name of "Lila" who's sick in bed and writes to Snoopy asking him to come back to her...hence wanting to sit in bed with her special jacket. We took out the ceramic tea set to keep her from jumping on the bed, rationale being: "if you jump on the bed, you'll break it" - this worked for some reason...

Munich!

We "plugged in" the kids so we could finish packing - they look none the worse for it!

We spent our first night in the lovely town of Landshut, Germany - we've included some examples of the architecture, which was so colorful and unusual..

Our hotel in Landshut

MUNICH!

The interior of Theatinerkirche

In the English Gardens

The Neues Rathaus (New City Hall), where we saw the Glockenspiel

Peabug goes nuts with the giant Legos in the children's museum

Kate finds herself in the belly of a giant guitar

The view from our hotel window

A father-daughter trip to a Munich Biergarten! Steve the younger and I went to an art museum and to a cafe... ahhh!
